Product Description
JS-332 is a one-component polyurethane sealant for joints. It
reacts with moisture in the air and cures at room temperature. The
product is solvent-free, has high bonding strength with various
building door and window materials, is resistant to low
temperatures and aging, and has high bonding strength. It is also
easy to apply.
Product Applications
Structural bonding and sealing of the corners of insulated aluminum
alloy doors and windows;
Structural bonding and sealing of the corners of steel-plastic
extruded profiles doors and windows, and wood-aluminum composite
doors and windows;
Structural bonding and sealing of metal curtain wall doors and
windows;
Structural bonding and sealing of ordinary aluminum alloy doors and
windows, and wood-aluminum doors and windows.
Product Features
Excellent weather resistance and anti-aging properties, which can
extend the service life of doors and windows;
After curing, it has elasticity, effectively solving the problems
of leakage, deformation and corner cracking of doors and windows;

Storage and Expiry Date
Store in original packaging in a dry and well-ventilated area at a
temperature of 27℃ or lower. The shelf life is 9 months.
Usage instructions
1.Remove any grease or impurities from the connection areas of the
profiles and angle brackets, then spray a small amount of water
2.onto the cavity or the angle brackets;
3.Apply the angle joint adhesive evenly to the joint seams and the
injection cavity;
4.Insert the angle brackets and fix them with an angle joint
machine;
5.Clean the excess residual adhesive with a special cleaning agent
before it solidifies.
Notes
1.Do not store in high-temperature and high-humidity environments;
2After the product is cured, its strength gradually increases. It
is necessary to remove the residual glue on the surface of the
profile 3.in time. When using solvent-based materials such as
colored enamel for coloring, on-site testing is required to ensure
compatibility;
4.For use in water-immersed situations, it should be fully cured
before immersion (curing for 7 days at 23℃).
Health and Safety
1.Avoid contact of sealant products with food and cosmetics;
2.Unsolidified sealant should not come into prolonged contact with
the skin. If allergic or other discomfort symptoms occur, seek
medical attention immediately;
3.If sealant accidentally gets into the eyes, immediately rinse
with plenty of water and then consult a doctor;
4.Keep the product out of reach of children.
